Before I met my coach, I never thought I could lose the weight.
But – I did. Thanks to the accountability, the community, the mealplans, and Shakeology.
When you find a way and find a person to buddy up with, you’ll start making and reaching goals and DOING things you never though you’d do.

No one ever said it would be easy (if they have – they aren’t telling the truth and may actually be a scam).
I’ve tried the “easy” ways. They work… temporarily.
What you have to learn is life-long habits.
Will you fall off? Will you quit?
Probably. I have – many times. But – then – you’ll get back on.
